　　上海外国语大学西外外国语学校双语国际课程部拥有幼儿园双语课程、小学双语课程、初中双语课程、高中国际课程几个学段。西外的校训是：“求真、树人、厚德”，在培养世界公民的目标引领下，西外的学生不仅要学业优秀，更要具备社会责任感、独立性、创新思维和开放的视野。

　　我们初中双语国际课程将“以学生为主体”的理念融于教学过程中，采用有益于青少年身心发展的教学方法。我们认为青少年学习最需要的是安全、关爱和启发性的环境。我们能确保班主任及任课教师有充足的时间陪伴每一位学生，帮助他们建立良好的人际关系，营造融洽互助的学习氛围。

　　Our primary focuses on an organizational structure designed for the education of young adolescents that employs an overall style of learning and teaching basedon well-founded beliefs and understandings about adolescents and their development. A key component of catering for adolescents is providing a safe,caring and stimulating environment. Therefore, we structure the Middle School to ensure each student has a significant amount of time with their home-teachersand group-teachers, to foster supportive relationships and a learning environment.

　　高中国际双语部旨在培养拥有正确价值观、良好性格及中华传统美德的学生。我们致力于构建高质量的学习关系，注重学术内涵，发展学生全面的学术能力。让学生学会想象、学会思考、学会质疑、学会创新。我们希望在多元文化的环境中创造中西交融和谐度，培养学生的文化包容度，以及解读鉴赏不同文化的能力。我们努力培养学生的语言沟通能力及终身学习能力，鼓励个人成长并唤醒学生的责任感和使命感。

　　The North American High School Curriculum is composed of modules in nine core subject areas: A) Language, B) Math, C) Social Science, D) Natural Science, E)ICT, F) Art & Design, G) Personal Hygiene and Health, H) CAS (creativity,action, and service), and I) Elective Courses.

　　特色课程包括文学创意写作（中英文创作型）、西外民生小银行（项目型）、趣味化学（试验型）、烹饪课程（实践型）和戏剧课程（跨学科）等。
