西南政法大学国际本科项目介绍

　　西南政法大学（Southwest University of Political Science&Law），位于重庆市，是教育部与重庆市人民政府共建高校，新中国最早建立的政法类高等学府，全国首批卓越法律人才教育培养计划基地，首批国家大学生文化素质教育基地，同时也是政法类五院四系之一、法学界黄埔军校、立格联盟成员校。在西政历届校友中目前中有7位校友现任七省市最高人民检察院院长，8位校友现任八省市最高人民法院院长以及前后共计70余位省部级以上领导干部均为西政人。

　　西南政法大学是西南地区首家由中国（教育部）留学服务中心审批备案的战略合作伙伴院校，也是重庆市首家由中国（教育部）留学服务中心指定专门对接国外大学法学、金融学、会计学等专业的出国留学培训基地。西南政法大学作为复合型涉外法律人才培养高校，肩负着造就能参与国际事务、具有国际视野、通晓国际规则的法律、经济、管理高端人才的社会责任和历史使命！

　　项目国内课程以语言课及国外大学本科前导课程为主，相关专业的课程设置、教学方法、考核标准、教材等均与国外合作大学衔接。课程学分获得国外合作大学的认可，本科专业学分课程主要在国外大学学习完成。在国内学习结束时，如平均学分绩点（GPA）、英语成绩等达到国外合作大学要求，学生通过申请，赴国外合作大学进行本科相关专业课程学习，注册国外大学学籍，在国外完成本科学历教育，最终获得国外大学的学位。学生在3～4年内完成国外合作院校所有的课程学习并通过考核，满足国外大学的学位授予要求，即可获得相应国外大学的学士学位，所获得的国外学位被我国教育主管部门承认并可办理国外学位认证。

　　Southwest University of Political Science&Law(SWUPL),located in Chongqing,is a university jointly built by the Ministry of Education and Chongqing Municipal People's Government,the earliest institution of higher education in politics and law established in New China,the first batch of bases of the National Excellence in Law Talent Education and Training Program,and the first batch of national cultural quality education bases for college students.At present,8 of the current high court presidents graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law as well as a total of 31 provincial prosecutors before and after,and more than 70 leading cadres above the provincial and ministerial level are all from Xizheng.
